So I am moving across the country and starting a new chapter in my life as of November 9th. Only 10 days to go!
As part of my move I am going to try make some positive changes in my life, so I am starting this leg on a good note. I have decided to do a Antioxidant Smoothie and water cleanse for 10 days. With maybe a few extras if I cant handle that – carrots, hommus, avocado and maybe some light crackers or something. I am not to concerned at the moment as I will happily drink smoothies if I am hungry. I will be drinking a glass of water an hour (give or take) and a smoothie or what not per meal.
Do any of you want to do this with me? I know its a bit crazy but I am sick of reading about results elsewhere and never making an attempt. I am going to stick to this and see how I feel and I will slowly introduce foods back in (I get bad bloating). I would love to have some of the Bees support :)) I would love to lose the 5kg I have put on also.
This is my starting point today as my food shop has just arrived – late and I have to start from now. My records will be as follows and I will happily update my day everynight if any of you are interested in coming on board or supporting me while I do this:
DAY 1: 29/10/15
10.36am (AU time): 1 x Blueberry Smoothie (1 cup kale,2 tblsp honey greek yohgurt, 1 tblsp vanilla protien powder, 75g frozen blueberries, 1/4 cup pomegranite juice, handful of ice cubes, 1 pinch cinnamon, water)
2 x glasses of water.
