How has your week been everyone?
I have had quite a nice chilled week. Now started week 4 of C25K so am now running for 5 minute intervals…which I never would have been able to do 6 months ago. Still been going to the gym on the days I am not running, so been to Zumba, Pilates and Body Combat this week.

I’ve had a pretty good week. My weight is officially below 165 lbs which was my first short-term goal and yesterday I was able to run 3 miles without any breaks/walking.

I actually signed up for a 5k next Saturday!! I’m really nervous for it. I exercise 6 days a week, but running isn’t my thing. So it will be interesting to see how it goes. I need to start the C25K. I’m currently following the LIIFT4 program from beachbody and doing crossfit workouts on my off days with that. I had a non-scale victory in cutting out refined sugar desserts nightly!

I’ve had a good week, starting to want to do “more” but not sure what I want to incorporate. I’ve always wanted to be a runner so maybe I’ll try that C25K thing.
