I haven’t looked on skinnytaste, but maybe small bell peppers stuffed with goat cheese? Hummus and tzakiki are great for dips…here are some more ideas:

My favourite is asparagus spears wrapped in prosciutto.

1. blanche asparagus, set aside to cool and drain on paper towel

2. cut prosciutto in half (along the short edge)

3. “Butter” prosciutto slice with creamy cheese (boursin is delicious)

4. Crack black pepper over the cheese if you’re into that sort of thing (I am!)

5. Roll the prosciutto cheese-side first onto an asparagus spear

6. When you’ve done them all, garnish with lemon zest.

7. Refridgerate until serving

They’re delicious. Not exactly low fat, but they are veggie-heavy and taste very fresh. Not heavy at all.

i second the hummus and tzatziki. I “fancy up” my edamame by using truffled salts or porcini salt. They’re also great with yuzu salt if you can find it at a local japanese grocery store.

I make these Tortellini skewers. They’re healthier than a lot of alternatives, are delicious and are even holiday coloured!
