Why don’t you do something that isn’t sitting about the house? You’re much more likely to snack if you’re on the sofa vs out for a walk.

I also suffer from a hardcore sweet tooth and find that an apple helps curb that.

I like a cup of tea or hot cocoa, idk if that would fulfil the imoukse, but I don’t do any more late night snacking

I also drink tea to curb my sweet tooth.  I think its best to eat a filling dinner so not to snack too late.  As for snacks though I like Greek Non-fat yogurt with almond butter and bananas, carrot sticks with hummus, apples.

I love having a cold banana with some Nutella in the bowl too. Mash it all up and it’s almost like ice cream. I also enjoy cereal I love Chex so maybe a cinnamon Chex 😋 not too bad for you.

Oh also I’ve been into dark chocolate. The good stuff so you don’t want to eat the whole bag haha.

I loveeee frozen fruit. I buy bags of frozen blueberries and raspberries from Whole Foods and snack on a mix of both when I want something sweet. The texture of the blueberries is a little ice creamy and since the fruit is frozen, it’s hard to eat quickly. I usually do about 2/3 of a cup of each for ~100 calories.
