Current Weight: 150 lbs
Goal Weight: 135 lbs
Goal Date: By my wedding (3/9/19) I guess, but I really just want to stick with healthier habits, so no hard and fast date.
Weight loss so far: 12 lbs. At my heighest I was 162 lbs. The past few months my weight has been fluctuating between 145 and 150.
Reason: Wedding/just want to feel healthy.
Program: My program for the last 6 months has essentially been nothing. I walked 8+ miles a day and did a lot of heavy lifting at my job 6 days a week. Now I’m at a more sedentary job, so I want to get back into crossfit 4x a week and healthy eating habits. Goal for this week is to sign up for classes.
Eating style: Right now like a pig. I would like to get back to lots of fresh veggies, lean protein, and limited good carbs.
Fav. Healthy Snack: Granny Smith apples and almond butter
Favourite Exercise: Powerlifting
Struggled this week with: Self control around junk food. My FH eats whatever he wants in giant portions and I struggle to control myself around all the snacks!
Did awesome this week with: Not eating out. So far, we have cooked healthy dinners each night.
