I was just given Zumba for Wii.  It’s so much fun.  Only thing I have trouble with is foot work, but I definitely felt it in my calves and stomach.  It’s a great way to get exercise without feeling like you are.  Good luck!

Drink A LOT of water … I try to drink full gallon/day if I can (no less than a half a gallon).  Increasing water intake (no sugary drinks) can make a HUGE difference.

@milesbella: Agreed.  Water is your best friend.  I don’t drink anything but water and a cup of V8 Splash a day.
