SO I have never been a huge exerciser I have always been smaller, I used to dance and play field hockey so that was a nice way to keep in shape. Thennn as the years went on my activity level went down… way down. Now everything is catching up, so with the new year starting Im not setting resolutions just trying to be healthier and starting up my wii fit again. (with the wedding dont really want to pay for a gym membership) I know my body and I know once I start doing SOME activity things will change its just hard to be motivated!! Any good tips???
