I think it depends on how it’s set. Some heart shaped rings I do think look pretty tacky but I think others look totally beautiful. If you love it, as PP said, you should absolutely do it.

Cardi B just got a 100 carat diamond ring ..the design is hideous and that diamond is too huge to have the proper heart look in my opinion.

I love heart diamonds though…smaller ones lol.

ringclique :  OK but also… how do you do anything with nails like that!? I’ve got acrylics and I keep them in a coffin shape but holy canoli, does she hire someone to help her in the restroom?

yogabride2018 :  I wholeheartedly agree. For someone who has a lot of money, she looks incredibly tacky with her wacky ass nails! Sorry but it looks cheap and gaudy…

TBH, OP, I really don’t care for heart shape stones. I’ve seen smaller heart shaped diamonds that looked normal and appropriate unlike Cardi’s above and I still just didn’t care for it. To me it looks so young and childish and I think it’s incredibly hard to pull off an elegant look with that shape for some reason.

Sorry to be blunt but it’s just my opinion. If you love it that’s all that matters!

I had a heart shaped garnet, and it was a beautiful ring. Unfortunately I lost it during one of our moves.

    I like heart shaped stones.

However I agree, it really depends on the setting. When I was little, I always wanted to have a heart shaped ring lol

A thousand times yes! They aren’t for everyone but they are the most fun of all the shapes IMO.

I want a small heart solitaire as a push present one day. I have a round three stone for my engagement ring and love little hearts.

It’ll be a lab diamond, moissanite, or a pink sapphire. I’d love any.

I have a small heart shaped emerald ring that I adore and sometimes wear as a stand in for my actual ring. But it’s small enough it’s a definite heart. I think an aquamarine one could be just as pretty

Not a fan of hearts. Reminds me of a novelty ring.
