@CountryBee: I have a Ring Bearer so I’m not a ton of help but what about just a plain yellow gold band? Or maybe something with a bit more sparkle like this

How about a band that comes to a point that the tip of the heart sits in?

i had such a hard time with this, also partly because my band on my e-ring was curved, so nothing fit.  so i finally decided to wear my e ring on my right hand and wedding band on my left.

ps, i love your ring!

Have you tried on some curved bands with it? I would try some on & see if any works! 🙂

how about something like this in plain diamonds?  (or gemstones, maybe you want a pip of colour?  It would carry the heart theme without being too matchy- matchy (and I assume it would leave a tiny gap due to the basket of your ring, but that look is getting more and more popular all the time).  I googled “heart eternity band” and came up with tons of options.  good luck!

I don’t have a heart ring myself, but have you looked at the wraps/guards ?   A lot of those are made to work with many varying shapes of solitaires.  I adore the heart shape!!!  I would think if they have curved bands for the three stone settings, those may dip just enough for your ring.  I  also think an eternity band made to fit would be beautiful and timeless. 🙂

My mother has a heart shaped diamond engagement ring and she wears just a regular (rather wide) gold band.  She doesnt wear her engagement ring most of the time because the diamond is so large (it makes her uncomfortable) so having a matching set didnt mean much to her.
