I honesty don’t know why so many brides get their knickers in a knot over the height issue. Everyone, including you and the groom, knows what the height difference is between the two of you.

If he is wearing shoes, the heel is probably at least 1/2″. so you could wear shoes that have a 3.5 inch heel and still be the same height if it bothers you.

exact same height difference we have. I wore heels as I pleased, this was the result:

so as you can see, I’m taller in some pics, I don’t think anyone cared, noticed we certainly didn’t it was a non issue.

What did you wear on your wedding day? did you like the results? (as are you happy with your pictures, did you hear any comments about the height difference, did you feel insecure, etc.) i think that a good place to start. Hopefully this helped 🙂

I am the same height as my husband and I will rock the heels any time I want. I do it because I love wearing them, I look good in them, and shoes are awesome.

I feel if you are confident and comfortable with it, go for it. I am sure your family and friends will be ok if you are slightly taller than your husband at your vow renewal. Also, if you dont want to look taller than your husband for the pictures, maybe the photographer can pose you in a way the hide the height difference.
