Just wanted to reach out to my fellow TTC Bees. Let me first start off and say I am glad to finally be a part of the TTC community, even though it is kinda stressful. I have wanted to TTC for about 2 years now!!
Anyways as I am sure many of you know the TWW can be brutal!! Worse than I thought and this is only my second month of trying!! Our situaltion is a little different. We had to jump straight to IUI as a first option, bc my husband is a cancer survivor and is still on maintaince medicine that doesnt allow us to try naturally. Luckily he was able to sperm bank and his counts are good and they tested me as well and didnt find any fertility issues that we know of. First IUI failed bc I think my timing was off. I am doing a natural IUI meaning no meds. This one they thought the timing was closer. I am one of those lucky bees who has a very short surge so ovulation predictors do not work well for me. If this doesn work this time they are puting me on Clomid and trigger shot to make sure we get the timing correct.
Anyways I am 13dpo and I took a FRER today and got a BFN. Like I said I had an IUI so I know when I ovulated. So Bees am I out? Tomorrow is day28 of my cycle and AF usually comes around 29 or 30. DH thinks I tested to early bc implantation could happen as late as 12dpo.
The only symptoms I have is very tendor breast that started around 11dpo. I usually get breast tendorness before AF but nothing like this which is what lead me to test early. I am getting a blood pregnancy test on 15dpo so I will know soon enough (well not soon enough for me) but I guess I just wanted to write this post to see if any of you bees got a BFN on FRER at 13dpo then a BFP later.
Also I havent had anyone talk to about this except Dh. He is great but I am sure he gets tired of hearing my talk abot this. TTC is stressful and doing IUI is kinda stressful as well. I think I just wanted to reach out to other TTC Bees.( I know we all have our own unique situations.) I thought reaching out may help decrease my stress a bit.
Anyways thanks for reading. Any stories you want to share, share away!!!
Baby dust to all you TTC BEES!!!!!
