We have our ceremony and reception venues booked, caterer and linens came with the venue, photographer booked, DJ booked, flowers booked, cake booked, and I just ordered my wedding dress. Pretty much ALL the major things are booked! I’m now looking at all the little things like my accessories, gifts, favors, and other things that I can take my time on. 🙂

So far we have ceremony and reception sites, DJ, photographer, videographer, transportation booked. I have appointments with florists in about 2 weeks. We know where we want to get the cake, it’s just a matter of doing it. I have my dress sitting in the closet. Bridesmaid or Best Man dresses are narrowed down, DIY projects are in progress. OH! And we’re also getting started on looking for our home!

Yesterday was exactly 10 months away! Girls, I’m so freakin excited!

So far we have booked the venue for ceremony and reception, booked celebrant, booked make up and hair, bought my dress, sent stds, and now designing my own invitations. I thought I was doing things very early but compared to some here I’m slow!

I sent my STD out 2 months ago

I have my venue booked the place for my picnic booked (it was first come first served but could only book it the year to the day), I paid my caterer upfront and save 19% on my food costs.

My photographer, DJ and videographer are all booked

I was given two dresses but do not love either so I am going to attempt to lose weight and if I get down to a lower size treat myself with the dress of my dreams

I have gotten my bridesmaid gift, and our groomsmen gifts(ties and shirts on Black Friday)

We have picked up some glassware for our candy bar and our mirrors for our centerpieces.

I choose any easy out and jumped on the mismatch bridesmaid dresses for my girls so that choice is done.

We have our Christmas card done and newsletter ready to go out in the mail

I still need to finish making my brooch bouquet and the men’s boutonnières as well as the decorations for the lanterns that my girls are carrying.(we are having a flower free wedding)

I guess I have a lot of the big stuff down but there seams to be a million little things to stress over and do

Omg… I MUST be SUPER behind. My Fiance and I are in the process of buying our first house and all of the money is going to our savings for that. (Hopefully we close early January.) I haven’t even found/purchased my dress. :o(

I am always online gathering ideas so I have a pretty good idea of the things I want, just haven’t had the money yet. But we do know the venue, caterer, dj and photographer that we want, we just need to submit the deposits… Guess I gotta step on it huh?

Dang, everyone’s so ahead!

Ceremony venue is booked. Reception venue booked which already includes DJ, wedding cake and floral centre pieces. Also has all the linens, plate chargers, 6 course meal, 8 1/2 hr open bar, late-night buffet and ice sculpture!

My Maid/Matron of Honor is doing our engagement pics for free. She has her own photography company which includes a videographer, so that’s set.

BMs dress and colour scheme picked out!

Maid/Matron of Honor is designing our invitations. Guess it helps to have a Maid/Matron of Honor that’s a graphic designer AND a photographer huh?

I need a dress, bridal party gifts, flowers for the church, give aways and the limo. Also, we need to send out our Save-The-Date Cards still.

We’ve booked the venue, photographer, DJ and caterer.

The invitations/thank you cards/response cards are almost finished being designed (a friend is doing them) and have to be ordered. We aren’t doing Save-The-Date Cards.

The officiant is a friend, we aren’t doing any limos, the centerpieces are picked out, and my sister is doing all the flowers.

I kinda feel like I am done with most of the big decisions. Could this be possible?

We’ve sorted venues and catering for both weddings, paid the deposit for a live band, set up a wedding website, and sent out the save the dates. (We’re being quite early with Save-The-Date Cards because it’s a bicontinental wedding.) And I’ve bought dresses for both weddings and made a tentative wedding playlist on iTunes.

Still to do: buy a dress for the dinner (I’m an Asian bride), finalise alterations and cleaning for vintage dress for the English ceremony, figure out shoes and accessories (if any) for each outfit, buy bridesmaids’ dresses, sort out groom’s suit, sort out and send proper wedding invitations, confirm menu with each venue, book and attend marriage preparation course, meet whichever priest the cathedral’s assigned to us, start thinking about decor …

Wedding planning’s been pretty chilled out so far but it’ll probably be a mad 2012!

Let’s see, I have booked the venue which includes catering and linens, purchased my dress which is currently being altered, booked photographer, picked out band, waiting on brooches to come in to start my bouquet, got shoes for my birthday this week (!!!!), maids have picked out their dresses (mostly).

Waiting on engagement photos in Feb to put on save the dates-most guests are local, have good ideas for invites and colors and decor!

I’ve done almost everything. We finished booking: venues, photographer, reverend, favors, florist, DJ, caterer, cake baker. We’ve purchased: wedding gown, card box, garter, ring pillow, guest book pen and book set, Save the Date magnets, flower girl basket. I have a preliminary booking with my hair and makeup person. Wedding website is done and wedding transportation is figured out. Oh and we picked out the bridesmaid dresses and shoes.

To-do: mail Save the Dates, design and send invites, Seating chart, programs, DJ playlist,  ceremony wording (our Rev. gave us a “design your wedding” type book), and picking our the groom and Groomsmen attire. Oh I also have to buy my BMs gifts but I have them all picked out. Oh and the flipflop basket. I still need to buy flipflops (waiting on the sale). Oh and we need to choreograph our first dance/have Fiance take lessons. Seemed like I was all done until I wrote it out..
