Go to a sample sale and purchase a sample dress.  You’ll get a great deal for your “right now” wedding, and you should be able to get it altered in time.

Many sample sales have dresses in perfect condition that don’t require dry cleaning, etc.; however, if you need it to be dry-cleaned, add another week to the timeline.

check out overstock.com’s white dresses. I bought my rehearsal dinner dress there! Amazing quality. Eliza Js are great white dresses!!

A faux fur or vintage fur would be cute for a winter wedding. I love the look of persian lamb with white dresses.
