Hello. 3 months post op from acl reconstuction. My ortho has cleared me except for jogging / running ( which I wasn’t doing anyway) and also no agressive swimming. Any ideas to
1. Build my quads back up
2. Cardio to lose a ton
I have tried the elliptical but for some reason it kills my knees. Any help is appreciated.
