I share the same fear as you. I have bad anxiety when it comes to bees of any sort near me. I scream, run, and cry.

My husband would tell you, I’m a wimp when it comes to bugs. Even the tiniest of all tiny have me screaming for him.

Spray it with hairspray.  This will make its legs/wings stick so it can’t move.  You will be able to kill it and dispose of it quickly.

@Georgia Bee: I was JUST about to say that. It’s the only reason I buy hairspray.

@dolphindoll: I suggest you get someone to come kill it, or get your some spray >.>

But I have a few of ANTS. I cannot stand ants. I run away from them if they’re on anything of mine. I have an ant problem in my room, and mind you I am the cleanest of five … and no one else in this house has ANTS but me! T_T I have sprayed several times, I have even went as far as to put baby powder down (which does confuse them) and have ant bait traps up now. I have seen maybe one or two here and there, thank God. I just hope when summer officially arrives they do not reappear in droves…or I’m getting on the next bus to Nevada and moving in with my Future Mother-In-Law / Boyfriend or Best Friend lol…both would probably welcome me with very open arms >.>

I have a major fear of eye drops… (strange huh) But i hate bees too and make sure to have hairspray on hand at all times just in case…
