Hello all! I haven’t really ever posted anything, but I need some help! My dress (which isn’t in yet) is white, but it’s a natural white because the dress is silk. Since it’s “in between” wedding white and ivory, should I order white shoes or ivory shoes?
I’m also wearing a ribbon tiara that can be purchased in white or ivory. Since my dress is a shade in between the two, I’m not sure what color accessories to order.
The sample I tried on was ivory, so I haven’t actually seen the color that my dress is going to be. It’s the Watters & Watters Adelaide from this spring season.
Any suggestions?! Thank you!!

Would you be open to colored shoes? That way you avoid the white tone matching issues.
You could either do your wedding color, silver/gold metallic or blue for your something blue!

I did think about doing yellow shoes, actually! I just wasn’t sure if the shoes I’d like to get would look tacky. Lots of decisions to make… Too many!
I was going to go with these, but maybe I’ll find some new ones.

Wedding whites are very similiar and white is a neutral to begin with so I can’t imagine a scenario where white shoes would clash with a white gown even if the whites don’t match exactly. The dress is beautiful and detailed and the shoes you posted are gorgeous as well, people are going to be looking at the detilas not the shades.
If it were me I’d purchase both in white, I’d rather things popped a tad more in the bright direction than in the dingy direction if the difference is ever remotely noticeable. Especially if you’re having yellow as one of your wedding colors, I’d want to separate those as much as possible not have them blend together.
