So my friend asked me to be her Maid/Matron of Honor. YAY! I am really excited. However, her theme is very country and even though I like country music I may need a bit of help. Her theme is camo colors and blaze orange. <<< yes, very country. She would also like us to wear cowboy boots. I am so looking forward to getting a cute pair until I saw the prices. The ones I think would look great are a few hundred dollars!!! Anyone know where I can get a cute pair for around $25-$100??? $100 is pushing it not because of the money but I would hardly ever wear them again. Thanks!!

I would try to see if you can borrow a pair from a friend.

Maybe at some type of local second hand store (assuming you’re in a “country” area)?

@Cory_loves_this_girl: I didn’t even think of that. I will have to ask around!
@loving_life: Did the Wisconsin next to my name and date give it away. 🙂

You don’t want to be looking at authentic western boots in that price range (because those are made to withstand a lot of wear and tear, and thus cost quite a bit).
Instead, try searching for western style fashion boots. You’ll have the added bonus of not having super stiff boots that would guarantee you blisters if not broken in first! I’d scope out DSW.

I LOVE cowboy boots! I have these Durango cowboy boots in black AND brown, I love them and wear them all the time. I get tons of compliments on them and I live in Portland, so not even the country anymore, although I bought them in Eastern Washington. They are also really comfortable and I’ve had them for 6 years now…
Here they are on!
