this isn’t connected to the gym, but richard simmons videos are always good to have around for when you get lazy, and I do! You just pop them on and can even do a lot of them sitting down if you are having a bad day.
I belong to a gym, but don’t go as much as many people because I mostly go for the hot tub and water exercise. Have you thought about starting some classes at the gym? water arobics can be great if you are just getting into it all.

What got me into the gym was by chance finding a class I liked. I went to a beginner yoga class and really enjoyed it. Eventually, I started coming in before yoga to warm up on the stationary bike before class, and that’s how my gym habit began! By finding a class I really enjoyed, I had a positive motivation to be at the gym. It wasn’t just drudgery like ugh I don’t want to be here. I looked forward to yoga. Even if its intense while I’m in class, I feel amazing after, so I focus on how awesome I’ll feel afterwards. My apologies if you already mentioned it but have you tried any low-impact classes you enjoy?
