No salt!!! It makes you bloat! Drink lots of water (will flush everything out). Lots of veggies. Small meals. YOU CAN DO IT!!!

@Eva Peron:  Agreed. Also, make sure you’re drinking a lot of water to avoid water retention.

I would also talk to someone about alterations & see what they can do just in case you can’t work it out in 2 weeks. Maybe adding a corset?

Jillian Michael’s 30 day shred is amazing! I definitely saw results after 10 days.

Also, my friend did the blue print cleanse for her wedding. It’s AMAZING, but pricey. http://blueprintcleanse.com/

This sounds like me a few years ago for my brother’s wedding – my Bridesmaid or Best Man dress didnt fit with two weeks to go.  But I made it work.

I agree with the others – drinks lots of water (with lemon).  Drink half of your body weight in ounces!  No soda, no salt, no oils, no sugar, no carbs – lean meats and veggies and fruits.  And lots of crunches!!!!!!!  Good luck 🙂

agree with rest of posts.. what helped me was drinking tea first thing in the morning (yogi slim green tea).. then i even had 2 cups of this tea a day for a while! i was going to bathroom a lot at first but i loved it cuz i never had that full bloated feeling… 85% of my meals were veggie meals! practically anything from ‘morningstar’… they have meals for bfast, lunch and quick dinners! I really love their food! I stuck to this for like 2 weeks and saw results so i kept at it! and lost abt 2-3 dress sizes!! drink lots of water like its running out!!! good luck!!

@yellowshoe:  Yep, I was going to suggest Blue Print too. I haven’t done it (yet), but lots of friends have, lost weight very quickly — and haven’t put it back on!

Don’t eat carbs.

Just eat chicken breasts, water and a LITTLE bit of green leafy veggies.

You’ll drop weight like mad.

Spanx, absolutley NO salt, low-sodium foods, no processed foods, no fast foods, no carbs, NO alcohol whatsoever. Stay hydrated- drink a TON of water! I would eat veggies, fruits and lean protein.

Also, have you looked into getting a body wrap before the wedding? Those can take inches off in no time!

@Legallyblondiebride:  The body wrap suggestion is a good one!

Spanx are too.

I strongly suggest the chicken breast diet though – its pretty much the Dukan diet, and you’ll lose weight without a doubt.

Have you looked into crossfit?  Its a hard workout, it may help too.

What about what wrestlers do?  They like wear snowsuits (no lie) and workout, and sweat out water weight.  Im not sure how many inches they lose (they’re more about pounds) but you could try it.

Also: be thankful its just the pics, not the wedding!
