I’m sorry if this is a repetitive question, I tried searching but couldn’t find exactly what i was looking for! >.<
I have fairly small “girls” (34B), I’m 5’7, 125 lbs and my dress is Priscilla of Boston: style 4306. I would like something to make them look perky, like I’ve at least got some chest under my dress and not so “flat”.I’m not too keen on strapless bras, it seems like no matter how snug I get them I’m constantly feeling like I have to pull them up.
I’ve seen some girls suggest getting cups sewn in, and I’ve also read about longline bras and such which I really don’t know that much about. So help please! Anyone with experience or knowledge about undergarments, what’s your advice?

In my limited experience, cups don’t offer much support, and they definitely don’t add any umph. I’d go to a specialty store and try on a bunch of different strapless options, including the long ones.
However, having cups sewn in might be fine if you get your dress tailored well enough so it makes you look perky.

I feel the same way about strapless bras. At the bridal dress shop, they gave me one of those corset bras, which normally look like torture and seem super uncomfortable, but surprisingly, they were able to fit me with one that is a hundred times more comfortable than m strapless bra, and is a very good shape enhancer. I will not need to tug my bra into place. Also the corset allows the back to dip lower since my dress has a V shape in back. I love it so much I’ve already used the corset bra for another of my strapless dresses.

@crissycakes that sounds fabulous! I reeeally don’t want to feel like I have to tug! I will have to see if my bridal shop offers anything.
