Send those to the people who you know won’t respond anyways haha! No, but seriously, 10 cards that don’t have stamps aren’t that big of a deal. Send those to the people you know won’t judge you for it.

I take it these have already been addressed by the calligrapher? That sucks. There really isn’t much you can do, as unsealing them means you will probably rip the envelope.

You COULD pay to have your calligrapher redo those 10 envelopes, but other than that there’s not much you can do except hope those people don’t hate you πŸ™

@tinylittlebird: why would someone hate the bride for not including a stamp πŸ™ that’s a wee bit dramatic to me. At least they still get the return envelope πŸ™‚

You could maybe try steaming one and see if it works? do you have any extra invites? you could just send that one out without calligraphy if it doesnt work! So I would pick one of the ten that would least care about calligraphy and try it IF you have extra invites.

@marchbride26: I would suggest not trying to unseal them. I know you said they’re already addressed and I guess maybe just call and apologize if it’s really that big of a deal to you. I guarantee that will be the last thing they will think about “Oh, she didn’t take the time and money to put a stamp on our envelope.”

No one will hate you.

I know it doesn’t look good but you can get those packing slip covers and tape it to the back of the envelope. It might be a little big so you’ll have to cut them down to size.

Yeah, that’s a tough one.  What about sending the invitations as is and then sending another notecard with the stamp and tell them you’re sorry that you forgot the stamp.  It’s a bit of extra work but if you really wanted them to have the stamp. That’s what I would do.

Good luck!

I’ve unsealed envelopes using the steam way and it worked great!  I would try on one envelope first to see, since it might vary with the type of glue, but definitely give it a shot.  Good luck!
