From what you have described and your guest list I would definitely go venue 1. It sounds amazing anyway so it’s not like you will be losing out 🙂

Hmm, they both sound great in their own way, but it does sound like the historical house would be more comfortable for your guests. Also it might be easier to plan since you don’t have to bring in everything piece by piece. Either way I’m sure you will be able to have a beautiful wedding and you will find ways to make your venue perfect for you and your fiancée..

I think you have a lot to gain by choosing the first option, and though you sound like you would personally enjoy having a more relaxed/casual/outdoorsey wedding I think the pros may just out weight the cons here. Its not just about conveince for your guests but yourself as well. The less you have to figure out and spend day of (since you also talked about the backup plan for weather) the easier this will be on you and your Fiance in the long run.

I would go with the first option.

I love the sound of option 2! Seems amazing and we were going to do something similar and then really thought who really has time to try and get things piece by piece! So we have gone for option one which is crazy coz ours sounds exactly the same lol! Dance area seperate room a little cramped lol but it is beautiful!

By the sounds of it i would go for option one! When you decide you will be happy and wont have any regrets! It sounds great and yours guests will appreciate the convience. Good luck, but go with your gut!!

hope it helps x
