Hey guys! I bought a dress today from Davids Bridal and I love it! I cried when I had it on! However I am also loving another dress! I want to know which dress looks best on me! I am getting married at the Disneyland Hotel! Rolling up in a Cinderella’s crystal coach. I want the perfect dress, the most flattering dress. I ordered the Davids dress in Ivory. I will sell it and get the other if it is the best one. I’m just not sure. Please please please help! If you vote please tell me why you chose the one you did! Please!!!
If I choose Davids dress then I am going to change it to a sweetheart neckline and the back to a corset! This one is a little big on me in the midsection
Sorry it’s sideways!

Both dresses look stunning on you! I think I’m partial to the DB dress once you’ve altered it to a sweetheart, and the corset will define your waist even more!

I like them both but I think the one you bought is definitely more Cinderella~like. Kind of off~topic but when I went to try on dresses at David’s, they told me that I could not alter any of their dresses in such a way that would change the design of the dress. I had wanted a sweetheart neckline. The consultant told me I would need to find an independent seamstress in order to make that change. Just an FYI. You picked a beautiful dress though!

@MrsPaulsBabyBallerina: I asked them and they said no problem, as well as making it a corset back. Maybe they changed their rules, or maybe that was only for their designer dresses, this is a actual Davids Bridal dress! Thanks though! I’ll have to double check because sweetheart neckline is a must! 🙂

Stick with the first one, its gorgeous and very Disney, and looks amazing on you. I personally like that one a lot better than the second one. Good luck! 🙂

I like the David’s Bridal one 🙂

They are both stunning! I love the colour detail on the Allure, it makes the embroidery stand out and will show up in the photos better I think

i like the Allure better, but it sounds like from your reaction to the Davids one that that’s the right one 🙂

Based on past posts, it might be best the take the dress elsewhere for alterations. There are lots of comments on here about poorly done alterations by Davids.
I’m not crazy about the gold on the second dress. I think the first is better.

I like the DB one better without a sweetheart, honestly- I think the sweetheart on the Allure is kind of deep and I’m honestly not loving it. And I don’t like the waistline on the Allure- I think it’s called a basque waist?- the point at the bottom. It just looks a little old-fashioned to me. I think the DB is a great combination of princess and modern 🙂
