Ugh, my fiance FINALLY finished his guest list (he’s in Afghanistan, so I wasn’t able to stand over his shoulder, LOL). Well looks like our guest list number of 200 was a low estimate. Looks like we will be having more like 300 guests, ugh! So, now I have to buy more of everything!! Our reception hall is big, so we went with smaller tables to fill the place more, so now we will be having 50 tables (6 guests per table)!!! UGH!!! I have enough centerpieces for 33 tables, so I need 17 more centerpieces. I am attaching a pic of what I have (bad pic from cell phone, but it works). The tree will have pink votive candles, the cylinder vases will have pink or white flowers with a white floating candle. The ornament pillars will have pink ornaments in them with white candles on top. Our colors are dark brown and pale pink. Dark brown table cloths, white chair covers, pale pink sashes and pink napkins. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!!!

What about this one? Maybe hang an ornament from the little bally deal? Dunno….thoughts?

Are you putting all 3 arrangements on one table? Or will each one of these 3 going on 3 different tables? If they are all 3 on the table, I’m having a really hard time imagining it.
For consistency, I think your only option is to buy more centerpeices that are similar to the 3 your going with already going with.

Can you switch to larger tables?

I’m with nonimouse. Can you just switch to 8 or 10 person tables? That would give you enough centerpieces right now, no need to make more.

I agree with the others bigger tables would probably be better. I mean 6 people a table is pretty small and that means more people will have to walk around to mingle if they want to talk to family and friends. Whay not just have a bigger dance floor. 300 people need a lot of space to buggy.

One of the three per table. I already thought about bigger tables, but I already purchased linens for those tables, so UGH!
