MemberHello! I’m having a small wedding in November 17th of this year but I’m struggling to set a ceremony location. For our reception we’re having a backyard reception at my inlaws.
In regards to finding ceremony location, I’m located about 15 minutes outside of Philly in South Jersey.
Does anyone know of any parks or small chapels that would host about 40 people for a ceremony?
MemberHello, I am in Northern NJ so I’m not really familiar with anywhere in South Jersey however Nov. will prob be freezing for a backyard reception no? Will you have tents and heaters?
Can you have the ceremony there as well?
MemberThe “backyard reception” at my inlaws has two different sections of the house we’ll be using to host the reception so it’s not an issue on that end.
I’m im just concerned with trying to locate a ceremony location. I want to be mindful of the guests attending and make sure they are comfortable. I’ve been trying to locate some chapels nearby possibly but have not had any luck.
The ceremony can’t be held where we are doing the reception.
I’m moreso just looking for input from anyone that knows of any churches/chapels or small venues that will do just a ceremony in south jersey 🙂
