Hi ladies 🙂 I’m hoping you can help. I’m interested in changing my Maggie Vogue (strapless, sweetheart neckline) to an off-the-shoulder style. I do not want cap sleeves, as my FH always comments that he doesn’t like how they’re narrow and then get thicker 😉 I’m looking for pictures of sweetheart necklines with off the shoulder straps to bring to my seamstress to give her a better idea. I’ve attached some pictures of my dress, plus an Alfred Angelo that I ALMOST went with to give you some ideas. PLEASE HELP! Running out of time. Thanks 🙂

how about this by Allure taking off the sleeves and leaving just the tulle part on the top?

Hmm, I’ve found one on the Maggie Brides section that might help – an off-the-shoulder sleeve type thing.
This thread has a similar question and it’s got a lovely pic as an example:
Wedding dress help needed (regarding alterations/sleeves)
…but then again, these kinda do go thin to thick like your FH mentioned…
Jasmine has a couple that might be more what you’re after:
On a completely different note, my friend had a sweetheart neckline with a sheer v-neck over the top. Perhaps that’s an option? It’s the opposite of what your FH dislikes: the straps go from wide to narrow!
