Best bet in that price range would be bridesmaid dresses.  Most come in white.  

Modcloth also has some bridal in that price range.

It’s also prime prom season, so I would scout out formalwear at whatever department stores are within driving distance of you or their websites.

Lulu’s, department stores, I think David’s Bridal has some off-the-rack options at $100 or $200

I also recommend Lulus. I bought a dress from them for my SIL’s wedding in a couple weeks, I love it and they had a lot of pretty dresses that would totally work as a wedding dress and they are all under $200.
