Sorry you’re having a down day! My suggestions (a little random!), go to the gym or for a power walk, buy yourself a small treat (I get myself a cherry Coke Zero or a bag of jelly beans on bad days lol), watch a favorite show, turn your stereo up all the way and do something productive (busy work like cleaning or organizing), try to get some pampering (whether scheduling a mani or just stopping by Walmart for some bubble bath and a face mud mask)! Hope you feel better soon!

There is a YouTube clip of a skit from Whose Line is it Anyway? that NEVER fails to crack me up…and I’m not really a laugh-out-loud kinda girl! Do a search for “WLIIA cops and ducks” and prepare to feel better. πŸ™‚

I second buying a treat πŸ˜‰

See a funny movie or in a genre you love!

Take a bubble bath with a glass of something and some good tunes or a book!

Volunteer somewhere or call up a distant family member or friend!

Write a hand written letter to someone you love and mail it out ( maybe start a penpaling type thing)

Hope you get out of your funk soon, I am thinking of you! And if you really need some feedback or want to bounce your thoughts out you could always go anonymous on the hive πŸ˜‰

Getting outside cheers me up for sure.  A good run on the treadmill will do if you can’t get outside.
