@jpalm13:  I’m picky with makeup (but those eyeshadow colors are very usable!!), so I voted for the vase.  That’s a cute idea!

Makeup is touchy, every girl have differant shades they love, so you choosing something for them might not be a good thing.

As for the vase.. meh. I wouldn’t use something like this as I have tons of vases already.

Maybe you could do a macys gift card or something? Or a gift card to somewhere the girls like to shop?

I’d give a gift card if you weren’t going to give something else. Makeup is touchy and I have no use for a vase. I do not keep live or fake flowers around the house.

My girls are getting personalized jewelry that “ties” us (my husband and I) to them. No names or monograms, but it will contain symbols that are important to all of us.

I think the vase would make a better, lasting gift.

I would love to have anything from sephora as a gift. I have some friends who are picky about lipgloss and mascara, but (somewhat neutral) eyeshadow is pretty much a good bet for anyone.

A crystal vase only if they live in a crystal house. Lol, I have pets, husband,  and kids, so anything like that will enevitably get destroyed.

As others have said, makeup is tricky, though that palette does look pretty neutral. The vase sounds like a nice option, but maybe too nice! I wouldn’t know what to do with that as a gift 🙂

    A couple of suggestions:
    *Personalized clutches for each girl.
*Silk robes (to wear the day of and later).

What about an experience?  My friends and I have lots of “stuff”, so we buy each other experiences, going for a spa day (not on the wedding day), a trip to the zoo, something to spend time together, and build memories.

For them, maybe a dinner gift certificate, or something that they can do together (for the couple).

Do you have any plans to visit the single out of state-r?  If so maybe something then?  If not just google like nail salons near them and get something?

@jpalm13: Hmm…clutches and robes probably wouldn’t be the best then.

Some other ideas (that I’m considering):

*A pedi/mani set with nice nail polish for the wedding
*Customized picture frame with a pic of me/the girl
    *Gift card to favorite restaurant
*Paying to treat them all to a pedicure or something and getting to do that together

Honestly, as someone who has been a bridesmaid 7 times already, I’ve appreciated the practical presents most. I know that the jewelry isn’t for them, but I loved not having to buy it myself. Maybe you could also get their shoes? I don’t know. I think it’s okay if you don’t try to come up with something creative though.
