Both bands look great with your engagement ring! Guess I’m just going against the majority so far, I personally like the bigger band. This is coming from someone that changes bands a lot.

amee1 :  Of the two options I chose 2mm because of found the 5mm overpowering to your delicate ering. Is 3mm an option?

I really like the 5mm ring!

i have a similar engagement ring (emerald cut, a 2.2mm band so a bit thicker than yours) and I paired it with a 4mm band. I love the differentiation between the two, and I love that I can wear my bad alone and it has some weight.

I like the 2mm band.  Your e-ring is beautiful and delicate.  I think the 5mm is overpowering.

    amee1 :  2mm. The 5mm overshadows your gorgeous e-ring!

amee1 :  i vote wide band. You should try it in white gold too. I love mixed metals

amee1 :  Thank you! Your ring is beautiful and I love the little diamonds underneath. Ultimately it’s your choice on what size band or bands to get. Maybe take the suggestion from ncnps and nykkee try 3 or 4 mm and mixed metals good luck and congratulations!!!

I voted for the 2mm. The 5mm overshadows your ER. The 2mm is more delicate and compliments your ER

I vote 5mm because I love to see some asymmetry between rings. If the engagement ring is thicker, thinner band, thin engagement, thick band. It brings special interest to the set and makes it feel more personalized.

I love the 2 mm. It is different enough in width from the e-ring to be interesting, but dainty. Your fingers are so long and lovely, the 5 mm really overpowers them IMO.

I really like the contrast of the 5mm next to the delicate emerald cut stone!
