Adorae is the prettiest, IMO.  But that may be because I have a very similar dress…the Essense of Australia D964

I tried on the Adorae, but I did not like the bubble hem around the bottom.  It just depends on what you think would look good on you.  I am 5’4 and this style worked fine on me.  Good luck!

Hi! I love all of them..but it depends on your usual style.  If you love lace, go for the gatsby, if you love simplicity, then the Janet.  I loved the Adorae for my own personal tastes, it’s simple, ruched, and had that blinging belt!  Here are pictures of me when I tried on the dress.  Please ignore the bra strap… was too lazy to switch bras =p

P.S. I’m 5’2″…and went with the Madison Marie instead.  It was more budget friendly, and believe it or not, I looked taller in it than the adorae.

    Best of luck!

*EDIT* Oh no!  The pictures are too big…and I dont know how to condense them smaller.  If you’d like to see them, PM me w/ your email.

I tried on Adorae and Janet and of the two prefered the Adorae.  While I have a relatively simple taste, I just found that Janet was TOO plain on me for some reason.  Of the 3 you posted, i’d choose the Adorae.  I ended up going with Mae though personally.

No ‘real life’ photos though, sorry 🙁

Hi! I actaully bought the Adorae a few weeks ago.  I’m also 5’6″ and very curvy (especially around the hip area).  Howevef, it was the most form fitting and comfortable dress I’ve tried on.  The material is very light and its absolutely amazing.  My mother and my bridesmaid loved it as well.  Here is a picture of me in it. Sorry its not full lenght, but you can get an idea.

Oooooh I just voted for Janet, but then I saw you in the gatsby, and I have to say you made the right choice!!! I wish they put real girls in the dresses, it looks so much better on your body than on the stick model (it still looks great on her, but you were right about the curves! va va voom! )

its so hard to tell unless you’ve tried them all on…. i’m purchasing an all lace maggie sottero dress that i would have NEVER bought just by looking at the pic. I still go to the maggie sottero sight and hate the dress in the pic but in person the dress is SO DIFFERENT AND AMAZING.

I just bought the Adorae and I am in love with it!  I honestly felt so great in it! I am only 5’2 and have little to no curves and this dress makes me nice and curvy!  I vote for that dress!

Adorae all the way! (but I’m biased!)  I am deciding between 2 Sottero and Midgley gowns but I think Adorae may be the winner.

    Tierney: http://www.sotteroandmidgley.com/dress.aspx?keywordText=tierney&keywordType=any&page=0&pageSize=15&style=RSM1082

I’m 5’3 slim with some hips so both look very flattering but I feel like Adorae is more WOW!

Here’s the problem…has anyone noticed that there are 2 versions of Adorae out there?  If you look at a catalog in a shop they have both versions side by side and I like one more than the other.  The link above is the original version of the gown I fell in love with when I tried it on.  See below for an image of another version as well as the runway show on youtube showing this other version too!  I’m so confused…does anyone have any insight into this or has seen this as well?  One version has a waterfall almost vertical flowing look with a large balloon hem.  The other is more of a soft diagonal flow with a very slight ballon hem.

I know I’m not crazy haha.  I tried on both versions with my friends who are also confused and would love if someone could help clear this up 🙂

Ladies, the OP said that she chose the Gatsby. This thread is months old, so she has probably already committed to her decision.

I have ordered the Adorae too… i love it! I actually came across that youtube clip yesterday, and thought oh my god, I swear my dress is different to that! I agree, the train is totally differeny! In the clip, it looks like there is loose material at the side where it bustles into the crystal clasp… and I am positive my train was significantly longer and fuller than the clip. It seems to look different in every picture, but I agree with an earlier comment that the models aren’t shapely enough to do it justice!

I love the Janet and the Adorae best but leaning towards the Janet because I may be ordering it today!  I tried the Janet and another lace Maggie dress and have been struggling to decide between them.  The Janet is light and on is not as fitted as the photo makes it appear.  I am curvy and thought it looked really good on me.  I haven’t taken a photo yet, if I do today I will post it.
