Can you put floating candles in the pool?  Also, I think in the movie Steel Magnolias there was a pool at the reception and they floated magnolias in the water.  Very pretty!  Good Luck!

floating candles! Also, why not stick some lights inside those giant 2′ and 3′ balloons and put those in the pool? i bet it would look fab!

how about colored underwater lights?

This is probably really expensive, but you could always hire a lighting company to create a monogram gobo lit on your pool.

I really like the floating candle idea.  My Darling Husband did that in our pool when he proposed to me and was really stunning.  And not that pricey.
