I went looking at dresses for the first time and fell in love with this Robert Bullock. I’m 5 foot 2, and slender, and while the dress was far too big for me, it looked good cliped. Still, I found it hard to tell what the dress will really look like in my size. Now that a few days have passed, I’m having second thoughts and am starting to worry that it might not be modern enough for my venue (100 year old museum, I don’t want to look like I’m a 100 year old bride). I love lace, and the buttons and the shape but do they look good all together?
Any thoughts on the dress? Would it look good on a “real” bride?

I think that dress is GORGEOUS, and if it looked good clipped, I’d snatch it up in a heartbeat. It’s very lovely, and I think it would compliment your venue nicely. You can always keep it modern with some nice pieces of jewelry that pop.

personally not a fan of buttons, but if it’s your thing go for it! very elegant, and the sleeves are really something!

It is drop dead gorgeous – if I had a more petite figure, this is the dress I would DREAM of wearing.
