I’m not sure if they are dyeable, but would suggest taking them into a payless or something -they’d be able to tell you. They look like they’d take dye!

Otherwise I’d say search on “Canary” on http://www.endless.com, here are a few Nina options that came up already in your color!

You need to find the Nina dyeables line if you want to go that route.  Honestly, I would search endless.com, zappos.com, or amazon.com to find a shoe that in canary.  Aftern working in the industry for years, I’ve never been pleased w/ dyed shoes.
