Totally bridal!!!  And remember the bride gets to wear whatever she wants.  I don’t think anyone will be confused as to whether you are the bride or not ๐Ÿ™‚

Oh, absolutely! As long as your wedding’s not super-formal, I think this look would be FINE (and very lovely too). It’s a great dress, and no one would think you didn’t look like a bride. (In fact, I can’t imagine where it’d be appropriate to wear that dress other than to your own wedding!)

Looks like you’ve got a couple of years to decide, however, so don’t rush into any purchases unless you’re pretty sure. Lots of brides buy their gowns and then change their minds (sometimes multiple times) before the wedding.

P.S. I don’t know how expensive this dress is, but you could always wear a gown for the wedding and change into this for the reception if you’re worried about not looking — or feeling — enough like a bride.

I adore your look! It is totally bridal and absolutely beautiful. Might I ask what brand the shoes are? I think I need a pair…

I wouldn’t think its a good idea to purchase anything to wear 3 years in advance. So many things can change and you’ll probably change your mind a million times before then. Cute, but way too soon!

i think it’s totally adorable and very bridal. i love that dress–where is it from?

but i do think you should really think about whether or not you want to buy that considering your wedding is over 3 years away…styles changes, weight changes, even finances change. you could always hold onto that cash you’d spend on that stuff and put it on a savings account for closer to a year before the wedding…

I love it!

It’s completely up to you how ‘bridal’ you look. Don’t worry about what other people will think, focus on how you feel.

If you do want to make it more bridal, perhaps try a birdcage veil, or even just a large fascinator like the one in the pic. With all your hair and makeup done you’ll definitely look like a bride!

So cute!!!!!!  Such great shoes, and totally can work as bridal shoes!  They have a nice vintage look to them.  And, the wedding dress will probably wedding-ey up whatever else you where.  ๐Ÿ™‚

Are you thinking the blue in the shoes?  You can maybe match the shoes to the Bridesmaid or Best Man dresses, or have ivory/white.  Though if that’s the color you have your heart set on then go for it!

Absolutely go for it! I adore the dress and the shoes too! You’ll look amazing, and it’ll go perfectly with a more casual vintage-inspired wedding. ๐Ÿ™‚

I LOVE!! Remember to take a picture of you wearing it and holding the dress up a little to show off your shoes. It’ll be so cute! I’m wearing blue heels as well ๐Ÿ˜€
