Lemon cookies might be a good idea… they won’t melt like chocolate chip, and the lemon should be a light, crisp favor for a hot day!

If you’re okay with "drinkable" wedding favors, I’ve always liked these:
You can personalize the label, and get them in your wedding colors. If it’s a summer wedding, it would be a cute way to quench your guests’ thirst, that’s for sure 🙂

Do you have a theme for your wedding? I love the idea of cute shaped pasta 🙂 or lollipops on an appropriate shape or color!

Hard candy might work since it probably won’t melt. And cookies or jelly beans.
While eating my popscicle, I thought up of another idea! What about a popscicle/ice-cream buffet? This can keep your guests cool and it’ll be a unique favor!

Personalized Jones soda bottles, personalized bottles of water, fresh-baked cookies…. Basically, just avoid chocolate bars and other candies that melt easily. But dry mints (like King’s mints) would be fine.

I always think County Fair food for summer favors. Boxes of Cracker Jacks lined in a row, mini cotton candy on sticks, and soft pretzels wrapped in cellophane sound pretty awesome favor food to me 🙂

We just bought some old-school labeled boxes of Cracker Jack at Wal-Mart 3 for $1. The "toy" inside isn’t so good, but the boxes look cool.

You could do smores, I like the idea of lemon cookies or the cracker jack boxes. The ice cream buffet or popsicles sound really neat too

I was thinking some sort of drink too. You could fancy it up or personalize it in its presentation if you wanted to.

Wow! Thanks girls! I just posted a youtube video on my profile of our engagement photos! Lemon cookie would be great but I’m allergic to Lemon (i think its the acid) I will probably do those mints, and since I live in CA and we are getting married in CdA, Idaho I was thinking of incorporating the state fruit and giving away huckleberry jam, or cookies, or making a drink like post #3. Also the water bottle idea-LOVE IT!~
THanks so much Ladies

Huckleberry jam or syrup from ID would be great. We are doing small maple syrup bottles from a local sugarbush for our june wedding.

We are doing donuts, but Fiance doesn’t know that because the donuts are going to be his surprise “grooms cake”. I am going to have carafes of chocolate, whole and 2 % white milk during the ceremony and then a note that says don’t forget to take a donut and milk to breakfast tomorrow. Or something to that effect, I haven’t figured that part out yet. Also to go along with the favor portion of it I will have the tiny pint size milks for them to take and also bags with our names and date on them(like a bag you get your donuts in at a shop). Hopefully everyone likes it

We’re getting married July 31st and we’re doing a few different kinds of cookies. (:
