Uh….. move on.

Move out asap and get on with your life. This sounds like a huge mess and not salvageable. Get your own place as fast as you can, keep working out and bettering yourself but leave this booty call situation and expect better for yourself. GL.

Nurse81 :

What pp said above. This is not going to and well and will not be good for your self esteem . What if – heaven forfend – you should gain  some weight back and  Mr I Only Deserve The Best stops fancying you again!

Move out, get your own  place  and never again buy a house with  someone  who wants it to be only  in his name.

Plus, this is all about him.  Time it was about you and what you want .

I think it’s salvagable with some communication, continued self-improvement, attentativeness to each other’s needs, and perhaps therapy. Relationships and marriages go through ups and downs and it sounds like this was one of the downs. Had you already gotten married you may have still gone through this lull. You just both need to learn the skills to be able to work through it. Sounds like things are looking up so continue working on the relationship. It is indeed work. Good luck.

I’d say it’s time to move on. I’m hoping you haven’t dumped a bunch of money into a home that is yours by “name only.” On the one hand, your name isn’t on the title, and that makes it a lot easier to move on with your life and find someone who truly values you and your contributions to the relationship. On the other hand… that sucks.

He’s moving on, and so should you. I’ve been in more boomerang relationships than I care to count, and I can tell you every last one of them was a complete waste of time.
