ah, I had a completely different vision than all the other gals here on the boards when I saw your dress! Because you have such a pretty bateau lacey neckline, I was envisioning your bridesmaids in more of a higher neckline to complement you. Like these:

I just wanted to say what  pretty dress you have!!!  The other girls have better Bridesmaid or Best Man dress suggestions than I can think of.  I do like Kim Hjelm Bridesmaid or Best Man dresses though. 🙂

I don’t know what type of budget you are on, but there are some cute aqua colored pencil dresses (think mermaid but cocktail length) that are on super-sale right now.

 We just got them for my best friend’s wedding and are planning on altering them to just below the knee.  The color is perfect, and not only that, they are on sale for $9.99 right now! 

 We already received them in the mail, and the quality is as nice as any other bm dress.  🙂
