My little sister’s dress was literally 23.82 plus 6.99 shipping from a store on ebay. The seller was 87sweetgirl, a top rated seller.

The dress was super sweet and romantic, though not the best quality ever. It was definitely a great bargain and lots of people complimented her on it. She wore it again for Easter. It had flower petals inside a layer of tulle on the bottom, which I thought was super cute and fitting.

I got mine at Target but I also looked at places like Ross, TJMaxx, Burlington and Kmart.

FYI–if you are buying from a regular store, people buy Christmas dresses early for pictures. October or early November is a great time for red dresses. They will be picked over by mid-December.

I got mine at Target back when they had all of the Easter dresses out. It was $20.

i ordered these dresses for my flower girls in my wedding last week and i just recieved them today. I am so happy with them ! they look so much beter in person than in this picture. They are addorable on as well. very poofy !  And the best part is they only costed me $39.99 each ! this is a steal for flower girl tutus.  The owner does them in any colors as well..
