@vc330: you can try the Mansion in Voorhees. Its the place I have as my #1….they have 3 events at once which kind of a turn off for me but that means they can work with you on price. Go in there low and see what he can do for u. I got him to lower my minum # of people. Also I did a Sunday which worked out great for my negotiating.

@sexxysheddy: I don’t think The Mansion is in the OP’s price range, but they are definitely flexible.  They offered me $120 pp (including tax and gratuity) for a Saturday wedding.  I know a bunch of people who got married there, I just thought their ballrooms were oddly shaped, and some people couldn’t see the dance floor….

Hey there! OK so my wedding is down in LBI next summer so i did ALOT of research.. The Brant Beach Yacht Club was the cheapest that I found, BUT you cant rent it out during the summer. Just Sept-June  If you want any of the packages some of the places sent me, message me your email address and I’ll send u what i can.

We ended up going with the Stateroom bc it was RIGHT up our alley and fell into our price range nicely. Let me know and good luck!

@Stammie16: they can go lower if you do not pick a saturday. I remember talking to them and was told they do have brunch options for a sunday wedding.

@kim14410: Actually, the BBYC isn’t cheap at all, especially since last year there was a $5000. site rental and everything else had to be brought in. Tables and chairs are included, but kitchen use and all serving pieces, utensils, glassware, dishes, linens, outside chairs, etc have to be rented. Add in catering costs, staff, liquor and all servers and the price per head was much higher than the Stateroom.

OP…if you find the space make sure to ask what exactly is included. When you break everything down you’re better off finding a place that is all inclusive.
