I highly recommend 21 day fix.. especially for the eating plan. It is the easiest to follow for me and get the extreme version if you are already doing P90x! I am on round 3 myself, I just continue right into another round (day 22 is day 1 of next round). I cannot say enough about it. I am down 16.5 inches in 2 rounds!!

I haven’t done either of those. I’ve done insanity, P90X and chalean extreme and liked them all for different reasons and have gotten great results from all. I guarantee you that if you cleaned up your diet you would see pretty great results in 10 weeks with either/both programs. Even switch them back and forth if you want (it also prevents getting sick of one or the other!). I recommend using a calorie-tracking app if you haven’t already. I use myfitnesspal and it’s really easy. I also recommend getting a food scale and weighing out everything instead of estimating portion sizes. Get a good balance of protein, healthy fats, and complex carbs, keep your calories under a certain amount (myfitnesspal will set that up for you according to your info/goals), and be consistent with your workouts and you will see some awesome results. Promise!

You posted this two weeks ago, so I’m assuming you probably decided  BUT…. I would highly recommend finishing P90x but classic not lean.  Or just adding in some weight lifting to your workouts. I pumped up the weightlifting before my wedding and I was so glad I did, you could really tell in my wedding photos. The thing you notice most in a wedding dress is your arms and back, So focus on those! You’ll still burn enough calories to not gain andyour overal body fat will go down making u look slimmer.
