Do what you can to feel comfortable with the way you look on your wedding day, but try not to stress too much. 🙂 Good luck, you can do it! I like Jillian Michaels DVDs for working out. She’s a miracle woman.

yep i did! im not goingt o say it was easy, but what lifestyle changes are? i have lost almost 40lbs and am trying to loose another 15-20lbs before my big day! it is definetly doable, but have a goal and write it somewhere you can see it. i have weekly goals that are planned out on a simple calandar on the fridge.. so if i absentmindedly go to open the fridge dooor its bam in my face.. i might also go put a picture of a healthy looking girl in a wedding dress. just for some added inspiration. (also not saying to do this the unhealthy way, i have done this using exercise and healthy eating.

I’ve heard great things about MyFitnessPal.com (calorie counting for food and exercise, and accountability)! Good luck!

not really sure of when i started, i know i saw a photo from my birthday in may and then i really wanted to loose weight. I really didnt ut any effort into it as i should have. so i think i really only started trying round about october and november.  This week i have been really motivated to loose weight. i have a pinterest board and any time i feel like i do want to do anyting i go and have a look at that. also i drink water when i get cravings. you should check out this. I have just started to do the eating plan in this. And it is really working, i lost 6lbs in just under two weeks. so check it out.
