We love the florist so far, she had great ideas and put samples together infront of our eyes!
Everything is great…I love my bouquet choice, which I attached, and I love the bridesmaids and the groomsmen ideas!
< My bouquet
< Bridesmaids but with no light dahlia..only the two tone magenta/ivory/yellow dahlia and the rest of the floral accents
Bridesmaid dresses on the right, maid of honor on the left (same color)
< Our cake idea, with magenta flowers instead and bigger of course.
Now…I am not really in a theme, but it’s turning out to be garden/nature themed anyway…which I kinda love!
Here is the problem:
I’m definitely wanting low centerpieces with lots of candles. That’s a must…I love the table scape look of elongated candlelight and flowers here and there.
Last night at the appointment I mentioned how I’d love to have moss inbetween the flowers/candles in different spots. It was awesome, she put it together…showing a group of votives to start it off, and diagnal was a short pillar filled with water and a floating candle, then across from that was a tall pillar which would be filled with purple orchids and purple LED lit from the bottom (gorgeous) with rocks, next to another group of votives, then across from that was a pillar short filled with purple stock all bunched up, with a floating candle. and so on and so on for about 2 more times, and then intertwined inbetween was moss….
So,….from what you can picture, does that seem garden/naturish? Orchid screams tropical to me, and I told her that, plus I’m feel like i’m already using garden roses, peony and dahlia so adding orchid seems odd…
Here are some of the pics I brought
(she said this one would be way out of our budget) 🙁
Help me! Which one seems most with our theme to you? what about the one she created? I wasnt allowed to take a pic obviously because there’s no contract yet.
