I’m freaking out because I ordered 6 photobooks from Blurb (wedding photo books) to give to family members for Christmas. I received an email saying that all six had been shiipped out and was provided with the same tracking number for all 6 books. When the box arrived today, I got a very very flat box and I thought how can 6 books be in there? I had the FedEx delivery person open it with me and sure enough… only ONE book! BUT the packing slip clearly stated that there were 6 books! I refused delivery and have been trying to get a hold of Blurb ever since… to no avail.
There is no phone number on their website. I tried the 2 phone numbers on the packing slip but only went to voice mail. I sent them an email describing what happened and the customer service person who wrote me back told me to wait 2 more days because the books may still arrive. I don’t think she read the part of my email that said all the books had THE SAME tracking information. Nor did she go into my account to check out the status or else she would have seen that.
Has anyone had any experience with Blurb? Good or bad?
I’m not regretting my decision to not stick with Apple for photobooks!! 🙁
