I think that looks great. It’s simple and gets the info you need.

 

A word of advice… I would suggest lightly numbering them in pencil before you send them out. Otherwise you’ll have a hard time keeping up with who sent them since there are no names on the cards.

That’s almost exactly the same wording I’m using on mine, except I was going to make “Accepts with pleasure” and “Declines with regret” as two columns and blank lines underneath for them to write their names under the appropriate heading.

For the extra large households, are you close enough with someone in the household that you could just call them and tell them everyone is invited, but you left it blank so they could make a more accurate headcount of who will attend?

@HappyBee33:  Don’t have a picture, sorry, but for now we’re planning on 3.5 x 5 inches. Which is perfect because we don’t have any large households on our guest list, so we don’t need lots of blank lines for names; the largest family size is 4 people.
