I contacted Central Market for our food (by the way they put together a LOVELY proposal for much less than other caterers) and I am leaning towards going with them. We are trying to keep things simple. Now we need to rent everything like the linens, coffee maker, etc- which still keeps us under budget (YAY). My question is who do I contact to just serve our food, I don’t need a caterer per say since the food will be provided by Central Market but I need servers, a TABC licensed bartender who can serve alcohol and I need people to help flip the ceremony site into the reception site and help with the clean up. Does this make sense??

I know your wedding is way past, but for future brides using Central Market or others and need staff, check into A+ Student Staffing. Its the company Central Market recommends and I actually worked with A+ in grad school. It was a great job as a student to have and I really trust the other staff there. Mike (owner) is amazing and if you talk to him about what exactly you need he makes sure he gets the appropriate staff there. I know when I would bartend or waitstaff weddings quite often I would get a timeline emailed to me from the bride through Mike and we always did the set up and clean up and would not leave the site until we were dismissed. Typically there is a family member or DOC that is our point of contact and they would make sure everything was cleaned up per the venue’s requirements and then we would be off. Anyone in Austin or Dallas needing staffing, contact A+!

I went to a wedding in SA catered by Sushihana. It was delicious and beautiful. This one had sushi, but I know they have other things as well.
