Last winter I started taking Spin classes at a small gym that only offered classes. They have since moved to a new location and raised the prices so much that I can no longer continue to go. I’m really upset about this because I love taking workout classes.
I have a few DVDs at home that I could follow but I don’t feel like a I get great results from them. I get better results when I am taking a class but I can’t seem to find the “right” gym.
Does anyone have any recommendations for a bride on a budget? My wedding is in 9 months and I really need to figure something out.

I like No More Trouble Zones by Jillian Michaels more than the 30 Day Shred. I just was exhausted doing the 30 Day Shred and never felt like it got results. I haven’t done No More Trouble Zones a lot yet but I really like it so far.

I belong to Snap Fitness which is very reasonable priced. With insurance it costs me about $20 a month. I also use my Wii for fitness. If you have Netflix you can rent workout DVDs.

There is a Planet Fitness close by they are inexpensive but they don’t offer any classes.
I have the 30 Day Shred but I feel like a 30 minutes isn’t long enough for a good workout.
I don’t have the Wii so I wouldn’t be able to use that.

My gym doesnt offer any classes either, but once I got into a routine of going every other day I do fine. Music is a good motivator for me, along with having my fiance as a workout buddy.

I really like a lot of the workouts that you can get OnDemand on a lot of cable carriers. I know that both Cox and Comcast have several options available for free, so you can mix it up and try out several types.

My friend was telling me about Physique 57. I workout a lot and I’m very interested in trying it. I have about an inch to lose in my hips, just to fit in my dress (I know, shouldn’t order a dress smaller than I am). From looking at the video, it looks like it will help to create lean muscles using isometric movements, which is GREAT for burning lots of calories!
