Cute dress!  It’s very flattering.  As for earrings, I think the wood leaves go better with your shoes.  However, I would probably go for something more like the following:

(both of my links are casual, but have a more “formal” look than the leaves, which is what you say you’re going for.)

This is a “gladiator style sandal-look at silver or white. Your dress has a grecian goddess feel to it. I’d suggest dangly freshwater pearl/shell chandeliers to combine the natural element and adda note of elegance! May want to do a bracelet or pin at your bodice, made of the same pearls or shell as the earrings, especially if you are not weating a necklace. (see pic below shoes)

You may want to also change the buttons on your dress, they are distracting to your overall look. Just do white. Have a great time!

@Candace From BC:  I think if you’re going for a “formal” look, the sandals should be swapped out.   Would you do something with a bit of a heel or some embellishment?  I know you want to keep it earthy/woodsy… maybe you can do some shoes with more embellishment?

I also think if you swap out the sandals for something with more embellishment, you can go for silver jewelry instead of the wood.

Are you going for like, a fairy look?  Maybe you could do a floral hair wreath?
