@StuporDuck:  Oohhh!!!  That’s a fun thing to find!!  I would put it towards a fun kitchen gadget!  Tis the season for baking too!  I love Williams Sonoma’s bakeware stuff!

First check and see if it is still good because some gift cards have clauses if not used by a certain time. If you are clear and no problems go buy yourself something special that you always wanted for the house.

MERRY CHRISTMAS

@StuporDuck:  Ohhh….I’m happier with the $100 find than drama!

I’d totally take that $100 to Williams-Sonoma and buy something for my kitchen. Like some new knives that are actually sharp. Or put it towards some new dishes, fun cooking utensils (like a mandolin). I’m always one to check the sale items to get the most for my $$.

 Or something silly, like these:

Totally, would be all about a cookie monster spatula!

I’d get a sweet knife set if you don’t already have one!  Also, I don’t know if they sell this, but we recently got a “Sodastream” thing.  It’s a little device where you screw a water bottle into it and it turns it into soda water.  You can also add floverings to make soda.  SO GREAT!  We drink a lot of soda water and it’s so nice not to have a ton of jugs piling up.

@StuporDuck:  I’d put it toward some le cruiset (do they sell it at WS?) or regift it. But only because I don’t need any more shit in my house. Ugh.

@niasg1:  I know in CA it can’t expire. I think it’s state by state?

Yay! this is like when you put on a coat from last winter and find 20$ in the pocket.. But better! I’d go to Williams Sonoma and buy some seasonal baking things, I’ve always wanted on of those beautiful tree or village style bundt cake pans.. Or put it towards a cast iron casserole, I’ve always wanted one but could never justify spending that much money on one (someday..) taking 100$ off the price basically turns it into a really nice pair of shoes.. And I can justify spending that much on shoes if I really try 😉

@StuporDuck:  Dunno, I also hate soda.  I do like plain unflavored soda water with a squeeze of lime though.  (Or whiskey!)

An immersion blender is another great idea.  I’m not much of a cook, but we have one and my fiance loves cooking with it.

@StuporDuck:  I would personally use the juicer for a couple of weeks and then go ‘eh’. People rave about juicing though. Check out some reviews and there are a ton of blogs about juicing. It’s a great way to get veggies into your diet too. Comparing it to the stick blender, you can easily get a cheap one that works just as well so my vote is juicer.
