I think it’s perfect, the last thing you want is to be tripping on your dress all day! 🙂

Oh no….I am so sorry, but to me it looks too short, even with your flats on 🙁 I wish I didn’t have to say that but I wanted to be honest!

How long is the hem? (5/8″? 1?) Could you have some fabric taken back out?

Oh I’m so sorry… but I honestly think it’s way too short. You could get away with it if you’re getting married maybe on a beach (I’m not sure if you are?) but even then I would feel funny wearing it. You’re supposed to just see the beginning of your toes when you take a step, and this is almost up to your ankles. I’d have her fix it, at no cost to you, as long as you specifically told her to make it longer.

Also, how far is the dress off the floor when you wear it?

Yes but can’t she just let it back out?

Yeah, I also think it is way to short…

Do you have a picture with you wearing your flats? It is hard to tell if it would be okay without the correct shoes. Also, were you planning on wearing flats? Or is this just an option you were considering because of the way she hemmed it?

It looks to be a rolled hem which might mean there isn’t a lot of fabric to be let out…but see if she’ll do it. I don’t know how you’d feel about this option, but maybe a white silk ribbon (or a contrasting color) around the bottom to add an inch or half-inch of length?
