Have you been over restricting , since you aren’t excercising ?

You may not feel your hungry but perhaps your cells and other systems are telling your brain and hormone system you are starving- the sudden weight loss can spur on the survival mode.

@may4bride:  Oh, Okay so anyways, so sorry to hear about your misscariage !

Are you with an agency or just doing freelance? I would reccomend picking up a hobby or doing something to keep you busy at night! I can be a boredom eater and its a weight killer. I started playing tennis with freinds at night, i read books, do crafts or come on wedding bee and keep my fingers busy 😉

I’m sure things will be much better once working out is a go, since you can tone up. I can’t imagine a few pounds making a difference at this level, considering most of it can be water weight to some degree!

Its just not possible that you lost nearly 30 pounds in 2 months by just cutting back 200 cals per day. 200 x 30 = 12,000 cal deficit per month. There are 3600 calories in a pound of fat meaning that you could lose only roughly 3.5 pounds per month by dieting alone…or 7lbs in 2 months. Something isnt adding up..

I just read you are a fit model in the careers thread 😉

Yeah, you pretty much are a human mannequin and need to be perfect to the size measurements wise.

I still think you lost too much weight too quickly and thats why you are gaining it back. Your body is in starvation mode.
